Taking Care Of Your Skin
Materials: 1.Brush 2. 100% Lemon Juice 3. 99% Aloe Vera Gel 4. Vitamin C Pills 5. Vitamin A Pills 6. Regular Face Wash 7. Sunscreen Step 1: Use the Brush to wash your face with regular face wash. I use Clean & Clear to do this. The brush exfoliates your skin and gets leftover dirt, oils, and makeup. Make sure you brush your skin in circular motions, not too harshly. Step 2: Put a table spoon of 100% Lemon Juice on your face and rub it in. Lemon juice lightens up dark spots from peeled acne or just sun spots. It also helps stop upcoming breakouts. Step 3: Apply a dime sized amount of Aloe Vera Gel onto your face. Depending on your situation, you can dab it in certain areas or rub it all over your face. If you have dry patches on your face, apply by dabbing. If you have no problems, apply all around, as a lotion. This serves as your skin's own 'leave in conditioner' and lightens and ,over time, heal the marks of the scars. Step 4: Lastly, you need to moisturize and protect by using sunscreen. This is not only helpful on sunny days but on all days, for UV Rays are out all days. Step 5 {Optional}: To help with your glow and replenishing your skin, take Vitamin C. To help with skin, immune system, and eye health, use Vitamin A. | |
